What it does not prove
- Whether a single dose of nicotinamide riboside affects N3 sleep or other sleep parameters, since no results are reported in the abstract
- Whether the intervention would have effects with repeated dosing or in populations with clinical sleep disorders
- The mechanism by which NAD+ precursors might influence sleep regulation, as this study examined only acute effects
Extracted from supplied source material; model confidence is not a measured probability of correctness.
