Cancel Death does not sell, share, or broker health-related browsing behaviour. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to insurers.

Which interventions you read about is sensitive information. Product analytics are recorded against a rotating anonymous identifier and are used to understand which parts of the site work, never to build a profile of an individual’s health interests.

Browsing requires no account. An account is needed only to vote, comment, follow, submit, or suggest a correction. Authentication is handled by Amazon Cognito; we store your email address, display name, and avatar.

Public by design: your username, submissions, comments, and reputation history. Never public: your email address.

Newsletter subscriptions are confirmed by email and can be cancelled from any issue. Following an intervention sends you an email only when the evidence meaningfully changes, not for every paper.
