Reporter brief
Senolytics dasatinib and quercetin studied for safety and feasibility in secondary progressive MS.
What happened
This RCT examined whether senolytic therapy (dasatinib and quercetin given orally every two weeks for three months) is safe and feasible in adults aged 50-85 with secondary progressive MS who were not on disease-modifying therapy and had progressive symptoms. Participants were followed for one year to assess treatment effects on physical and cognitive function. No results of the trial are provided in this abstract.
