The experimental index is paused while its methodology is reviewed. Earlier values combined proxy measures that did not directly measure the progress described by each pillar.

We retain historical calculations for audit, but do not present them as a measure of progress toward extending human lifespan. A replacement needs defined outcomes, reviewed milestone sources, stable denominators and external validation.
