Fisetin versus placebo for knee osteoarthritis pain in 3-month RCT (results not reported)
This was a double-blind randomized controlled trial of 60 patients with mild to moderate knee osteoarthritis, comparing two different fisetin dosing regimens against placebo over 3 months. The trial aimed to assess whether fisetin reduced pain and functional impairment, and evaluated changes in senescent cell activity and cartilage degradation biomarkers. No results are reported in this abstract.
